Juryrapport BNG Bank Nieuwe Theatermakersprijs 2016

Donderdag 1 september wordt tijdens de opening van het Nederlands Theater Festival bekend gemaakt wie de winnaar is van de BNG Bank Nieuwe Theatermakersprijs 2016, de grootste theaterprijs van Nederland voor jonge theatermakers. – EVA LINE DE BOER – Dit gebeurt allemaal tegelijk (ism Festival Cement)
– URLAND – Bedtime Stories (i.s.m. Productiehuis Rotterdam)
– JAN HULST & KASPER TARENSKEEN – Scheeps-Horeca (i.s.m. Frascati Producties)
– OLIVIER DIEPENHORST – Smekelingen (ism Toneelschuur Producties)
– LISA VERBELEN – ONE. (BOG.collectie)
– LARS DOBERMAN – De Familie Mansøn (i.s.m. Orkater/De Nieuwkomers)
– TAMAR BLOM & FRANCESCA LAZZERI (WILD VLEES) – When everything is human, the human is an entirely different thing (co-productie Theaterfestival Boulevard / i.s.m. Festival Cement)

De winnaar ontvangt een bedrag van 45.000 euro voor het hernemen van de winnende voorstelling of voor de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe productie. De productie zal dan tevens te zie zijn op het Nederlands Theater Festival van volgend jaar. Zo fungeert de BNG Bank Nieuwe Theatermakersprijs als springplank voor de meest veelbelovende (jonge) theatermakers.
